How do I apply to join Signature Staffing?
There are two steps to applying with Signature Staffing: the application and the interview. You can start online by checking our job listings; if you find a position you’re interested in, fill out your application online, then come into our office to complete your application and meet with a staffing coordinator. If none of the open positions match your skills, don’t lose hope, we are always working to secure future openings that may require your skill-set. The most important thing is that you register with Signature Staffing, giving us the ability to keep you informed of the newest openings in the Marketplace.
What job openings do you have right now? Will this cost me money?
No! Signature Staffing is a FREE service to you. Our available positions are listed right here, and you can apply online as well.
If I apply online, can I send you my resume via email?
Yes, you can. We prefer resumes in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
When am I able to interview at Signature Staffing?
We interview every week, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-11:00 am and 1:30pm-3:30 pm.
Is this a real job interview?
Yes! This is a real job interview; this is not casual meeting with a friend. Dress for the job you want and impress us with your professionalism!
Can I bring my friends/parents/kids/pets along when I apply?
Sorry, but no. Space and chairs are at a premium in our waiting rooms, so we request that only people who are applying to join Signature Staffing be in our waiting rooms. However, if you’d like to refer someone to us, and that person wants to apply as well, then of course they can join you!
Do I need to bring a resume?
Please do! Even if you’re already in our system, if it has been a year or two since you signed up with us, please bring or send us a current resume. As employees our skill-sets are always evolving, making us more attractive to potential employers. It’s very important to make sure that we have your most updated resume. Doing this gives us the opportunity to make the best possible matches between your skills and experience and what our clients are looking for.
If I’m not applying for a specific job, should I still come in for an interview?
Yes. We interview everyone who applies to be part of the Signature Staffing Team. This has dual purpose; it gives us a chance to get to know you and understand how we can best serve you, and it also allows us to match you and your skill-set with our client needs immediately!
I’ve applied, but I wasn’t matched with a job. Do I need to keep applying for jobs when I see one I like on your site?
Nope. Once you’re registered with Signature Staffing, you’re included in all of our searches that match your skills with our client’s needs! So you don’t have to apply; call or email when you see a job on our site that you think you might be a good match for. However, you do need to call us every 7 to 10 days to let us know you’re available for work. We want to hear from you! By keeping in contact with us we are able to better assist you during your job search. Call the office (here’s our contact info), and speak with a Staffing Coordinator today!
